Our capacity has been extended in recent years; our current operation includes:

• Oven 1 – L:7m, W:2.5m, H:2.5m
• Oven 2 – L:4.5m, W2.5m, H:3m

We pride ourselves on our quality end-to-end processes which include technical consultation, pretreatment, quality control and packaging.

We have access to cost effective shot blasting facilities. Using metal shot or ball, aluminium oxide, silicon granules and glass we can prepare a wide range of surfaces to optimise the performance of the finished item.
